We, the Rosenstadt Sangerhausen GmbH are looking for a manager for our shop Gartenträume (m/f/d) in the Rosarium Sangerhausen and in the Röhrigschacht Wettelrode from February 2020.

Your tasks:

• Setting up and maintaining an inventory control system
• Product presentation and sales
• independent merchandise purchasing/calculation
• Guest service
• Personnel planning
• Processing of payment transactions

Your profile:

• Professional experience in shop management ( preferably medium-sized)
• Completed vocational training in retail and several years of professional experience
• several years of experience in personnel management
• high innovative strength as well as creativity in the development of offers
• Resilience, flexibility and reliability
• Communication and teamwork skills
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
• Car driving licence (mandatory)
